HISTORY
An informal get-together of the association was first held on 31 December 1995 at Casino Hotels, Thrissur, at the behest of Professor Madhusoodanan Nair, the then Head of the ECE department. Since then, the last Sunday of each year has been fixed as the official day for former students to meet each other.
Initially, meetings were held at Casino Hotels, but only till the new department building became functional. It was in this more befitting venue in their alma mater that the alumni get-together of the year 2004, " Milan-04" was held. Last year, the day happened to coincide with Christmas day, which many former college-mates celebrated while participating in the much-awaited reunion held in the Seminar hall of the ECE department.
